“They gon’ think I won a Grammy” sings Future on track 13 of Drake’s 2016 release “Views”. Drake isn’t on that chorus (saving his raps for the first verse and leaving the rest to his rap BFF) but you can be sure that he’s singing those words out loud when he looks at the latest Apple Music charts.

Drake is the most played musician on the Apple Music “Hot Songs” chart, and as you can see above the top 5 songs on the list are all from “Views”.
The 20-song album has had a massive impact on the hip hop world. Even the dancehall tracks have got people singing along. The re-‘VIEWS’ however have not been what Drizzy might have been expecting. Pitchfork labelled the album as “claustrophobic and too long and weirdly monotone” while The Verge admits, “huge chunks of ‘Views’ are unnecessary”.
Despite the underwhelming critique, it still looks as if “Views” is going to make history. Early projections indicated that Drake is going to be the first artist to secure 100 million streams in a week.

If this proves to be true, we imagine that the Toronto rapper will be celebrating so hard that most of us will think he has, in fact, won a Grammy with this album.
