A jealous woman has been charged to court for stabbing her husband’s lover with a broken bottle.
The woman who was identified as 39-year-old Amudat Shosanya was charged by the Ebute Metta Chief Magistrate Court, Lagos for the physical assault of her husband’s mistress, Remilekun Adeshina. The lady has also been granted bail by the same court.
However, according to the prosecutor the crime was committed on Tuesday, December 13 as the lady revealed that, her husband was maltreating her because of Remilekun. So she took laws into her hands as she stabbed her husband’s mistress several times all over her body.
It was further reported that, Amudat pleaded not guilty after she was bailed with the sum of N10,000 as the case was adjourned till January 12.
