There comes a time in your life when it seems like nothing is going according to plan…at least for you. Your friends are getting married, getting promoted, starting up businesses and growing in their lives. It seems like you’re not being serious, stuck in one place without any sign of progress.
At times like that, you may think your life is at a dead end. You might even have given up: I’ll never pay up my debts, or get promoted, or buy my dream car or even get married. No one will think I’m serious with my life. You might feel defeated and unwilling to go on.
This is understandable but if you continue this way, you’ll never get out of the rut you’re stuck in. Unless you believe that God has a bigger plan for you, you’ll start to get bitter and angry and no one wants to be with an angry bitter person. Until then, keep trusting God and avoid these three serious errors that might derail you from His bigger plan
Don’t be fatalistic.
This is the idea that nothing can change and that you’re stuck where you are. Fatalism leads to self-pity, a victim memtality. It causes us to blame God and everyone else instead to stepping up to the plate and accepting responsibility for some of the things going on in our lives. The worst part is that fatalism leads to laziness; an unwillingness to do anything about the situation. You forget that no one is going drop your solution on your laps, you need to go out and put yourself in situations where you can be seen and approached.
Avoid being frustrated.
This happens whe you try to figure things out by yourself without seeking for a higher power. When you feel like your out of your depth, look to God and someone with superior knowledge about your situation. They have experience going for them, experience you can benefit from.
Don’t be fearful
Fear will hold you back, it’ll stop you from appropriate steps to change the direction your life is taking. Fear is terrible bevause it starts in your head and has the potential of taking over every single aspect of your life. At times like this, you need to step away from your situation and look at it objectively. If theres anyhting that might have permanent repecussions.
